• Charles Schaus

  Managing Director

  

  Mr Schaus is a Geologist with over 25 years experience managing, developing and mining mineral resource projects in Australia and overseas. Mr Schaus is a 20 year member of the AusIMM and founding Director of Aurox Resources.

• Mick Sillcock

  Executive Director

  

  Mr Sillcock has over 20 years experience in the Australian Resource Industry including WMC/BHP and CRA. He has extensive experience in mineral exploration and project generation within Australia and overseas and is a founding Director of Auox Resources.

• Peter Bilbe

  Non-Executive Director

  

  Mr Bilbe is a Mining Engineer with 30 years experience in senior operational and corporate roles including General Manageer of Operations at Portman Mining Ltd responsible for the Koolyanobbing and Cockatoo Island iron ore operations. He is currently a Non-Executive Director with Mount Gibson Iron.

• Zhang Xiangqing

  Non-Executive Director

  

  Mr Zhang is a steel executive with extensive operational and management experience in China's iron and steel industry. He is the founder and owner of the RockCheck Steel Group. Mr Zhang has vast steel making experience and has implemented several large capital investment projects.
